speech because I usually fix blockers on


my


component and imagine a situation that


our clients came to us and said that


they cannot upload files and you will


ask me why why is it blocker it's like


normal situation no uh our component is


content management system and if people


can't update their files so they can't


update content and content management


system can't deliver new content so it's


actually critical issue which should be


fixed right now because our company is


losing uh money and uh they also provide


us some photos like they're clicking the


button and n happens at all and all


management is stressed and when I uh


took look at this on their video I just


found out that uh you still can use drag


and drop option if you need to upload


any file and you think it's critical uh


you can try it try to do it another way


and maybe it will be not as hot as it


was 5 minutes ago uh so let's imagine


like I'm taking my investigation notes


and uh I have files upload here and the


the real point is I have screenshots


from two different applications from uh


content management system one and two


they're different and there's something


really strange about it because I don't


want to go into dat into code bases and


fix this issue I think it's not our


problem so I suggest that it the fix is


not on our side


and what can be common between two


applications uh they can be in one


browser so our testers checked is it


isue actually present for all the


browsers and they found out that it


present only for Chrome and only for


Mark


system which actually looks strange and


it will not be CAU issue I hope so uh


and our product owner also suggest our


clients to use drag and drop option it


works and here now it looks like we have


some clue here so whenever the


application is if you're using ma OS


system and you are trying to do or to


open your file system through the Chrome


uh it it is no option to do it so is is


the main bu uh and it feels like it's


clean side and actually it feels like


it's going to be permissions so what did


I decided to do uh I decided to make the


most human request I can actually


produce uh and I wrote ma can choose


file in Chrome and I actually got an


answer uh I open it and I totally copied


it and sent to our management that guys


maybe you can try to update your system


preferences uh and yes it was actually


our final fix


uh it was totally approved by our team


I'm in love with my team so we work


together testers deaths our even po


checked it so it was great and we just


fixed it less than in 15


minutes so in conclusion what I want to


say to you if you have a blocker it's a


little bit different from a bu so first


of all you need to accept this situation


because it's really stressful uh then


you you can suggest any options to your


management uh so they can actually


suggest these options to your clients


and just focus ask all questions you


want to ask and the issue will be


resolved so actually that's all from my
