Augmented Form Workflow

concept 1 connections

Pattern introduced by Adam Okoń for complex B2B forms that are primarily used to translate requirements (e.g. email from a client to an account manager) into form state. Step 1: user pastes the requirements as plain text and triggers an analysis phase. Step 2: the LLM produces a suggested form state (possibly simplified after auditing which fields are actually needed) that the user reviews and finalizes. Suggestions may or may not be auto-applied depending on compliance rules. Gives non-technical users a 'code review' step, which is essential in regulated markets. Also supports direct-email triggers (Action Mailbox) so users can skip the form entirely.
