Nick Sutterer's argument: companies in ecosystems like Java have standardized tools for almost everything. Ruby's freedom encourages every team to roll their own service/form/view objects with different APIs, so patterns and interfaces get lost. Enterprise Ruby should mean reusing existing tools (Eventide, rails_event_store, Trailblazer, dry-rb, …) rather than half-building them again.
