Web service (based at Fermilab) that exposes a geiger-Muller tube hooked up to a computer. Callers request random bits and the service returns bits derived from radioactive beta-decay events, which are unpredictable due to quantum mechanics. Used by Wójtowicz as the archetypal real-world action: the only way to get a value is to call it, and every call yields a new unpredictable result.
