Separate project deployed by Kamal that routes incoming traffic to the right container on a server and performs container health checks. Enables hosting many independent projects on one VM (each with its own Kamal config pointing to the same IP) by routing per-hostname. Exposes lower-level commands beyond Kamal's CLI (e.g. listing projects managed by the proxy), which can be driven directly when Kamal's wrapper doesn't expose the feature. Multi-region load-balancing capabilities are on the roadmap but unannounced as of April 2026.
