Built-in macOS command that uses the system's text-to-speech engine to read arbitrary text aloud. Ships with many locale-specialized voices (French, Polish, Russian, English). Pairing a mismatched locale voice with text in another language produces characteristic mispronunciations. Used in the wroclove.rb 2023 lightning talk as part of a fun feedback loop — iTerm2 triggers invoke `say` with random success/failure phrases when RSpec output appears.
