AI agents become more reliable as the number of tasks/responsibilities they are responsible for shrinks. Focused single- or dual-task agents are POC-ready today; general-purpose reliable agents would be AGI. Practical implication: prefer a control panel UI with quick links for the most common business processes over an open chat interface. Open chat exposes the system to prompt injection/hacking and an infinite set of scenarios. In the demo, Andrei deliberately clears the thread and resets instructions between workflows (orders vs. returns vs. inventory updates) rather than giving the agent one massive prompt covering everything.
