Observation from the Thursday outage: Bluesky's central App Views (US west/east) were mostly down and the relay flapped, but users on independent PDSs could switch to the Black Sky App View or use the Red Dwarf client (which bypasses the App View entirely) to keep reading and posting. Even when most of what Bluesky runs goes down, parts of the network continue to work.
