Mariusz Gil's way to convince developers to participate: show them that the orange event stickies become emitted events, the blue command stickies become method invocations (or command handlers), conditions become rules, islands of non-postponable events become aggregates, domain-expert expectations become given/when/then acceptance tests, and adding the keyword class/private/public yields an object model. Once a developer sees one end-to-end pass from idea to code, the model becomes hard to question and convincing is unnecessary.
