Third-party code reviewers who validate new releases: a maintainer publishes a release backed by tokens claiming it is free of bugs and CVEs; tasters independently verify and stake tokens on their review. Valid positive reviews reward both sides; negative reviews follow responsible disclosure to the maintainer (modeled after Rafał Rothenberger's 2022 Devise disclosure), and if the maintainer doesn't address the issue in time their tokens get slashed. Intended to address GitHub's estimate that 17% of OSS bugs are planted deliberately.
